Not so simple

I have battled with my weight pretty much constantly since High School. I have never been obese but have definitely been over weight for a lot of my life.
When I was in Tech I started taking Leanor for a few months and it did what it was supposed to. I lost weight – I lived on a chocolate a day and alcohol. Was really a super healthy eating plan.
I went on it again in between my children but it gave me the most aweful headaches so I stopped it and since then have never tried any of these wonder drugs.
Purely because the best results I have received have been on Weigh-Less, regular gym and cutting out gluten and dairy. But these require effort so I dont always adhere to it.
There are so many wonder diet drugs on the market at the moment. All promising quick results and all assuring you they are natural. I am very hesitant of these types of things. Long term weight loss will not happen over night and surely long term weight loss should be the aim?
Anyway Jeanette wrote a blog recently about the new product on the market called Simply Slim - go read it. It will make you think twice! (And just for fun – read the comments too and see the number of people who are for exercise and those for the drug.)

I hear you loud and clear. Really struggle with my weight too. Saw pics of myself over the weekend and was horrified.
Wish there was an easy solution but i don’t think so.
I know i need to eat regularly and properly and then i’m ok.
but i love chocolate too much!

The only thing that works for me is cutting out all sugar and starch combined with exercise. I’ve always been afraid of the appetite suppressants…
