This is a gluten free recipe and is quick and easy to make the very yummy.
1 cup peanut butter
¾ cup sugar (preferably brown sugar)
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
¾ cup dark chocolate (or chocolate chips)

• 750ml bottle dry red wine
• 500ml sugar
• 1Litres water
• 250ml orange juice
• 10ml orange rind
• 10ml cardomom pods, crushed
